With this investment proposal we inform you about the opportunity to join our M&A company as an associate. Since 1999 we have been active in the guidance of purchase and sale transactions, business valuations and strategic advice for entrepreneurs in small and medium-sized enterprises. To strengthen our further growth and market position, we are looking for an entrepreneurial partner who can add value both substantively and commercially.

The new partner will also play a role in plans to grow into a cross-regional M&A Boutique.
