The platform is innovative and was designed to meet the flexible labor needs within a specific industry. The original motivation for the development of the platform arose from an own need of the founders who were already working within this industry with their own organization, where a shortage of (flexible) labor was experienced.

The platform was built to facilitate employees who want to work flexibly rather than permanently with various clients.

Specialized platform
The business is set up as a specialized platform focusing on posting open services (flexible shell) specific to the industry. Clients are able to post (daytime) services very easily with a few clicks, which it cannot fill with its own team. The goal here was to provide part of the staffing of businesses within the industry (flexible shell), with a focus on providing employment opportunities for both temporary workers and freelancers.
