The prospective buyer sought is a hands-on, commercially minded entrepreneur (Managing Director) who will be responsible for scaling the business from a solid and concrete foundation. The entrepreneur/organizer has a solid commercial background. You have hands-on experience and affinity with the world of project development and sales to a variety of buyers in residential construction. Sales to private and corporate clients are your primary focus. You can work project-based and organize the processes from lead generation to physical delivery. You work closely with the in-house production facility. You have an interest in wood / timber construction / sustainability. The Netherlands and additionally Germany are your first countries of focus, also you are willing to go to Latvia regularly, as the production takes place here.

Due to focus on other fast-growing related activities, the potential in the company is currently underused. We are looking for an entrepreneur for the owners who will lead the business and expand the team. For you as an entrepreneur / participant there is a solid base on which you can build. The entrepreneurs are experienced entrepreneurs. They are looking for someone who will take final responsibility to build it out. They are willing to act as co-shareholder, buyer and financier.

Suitable for
Expressly sought for an entrepreneur (V/M) who sees opportunities and is willing to take risks. As part of the aforementioned restructuring, a valuation will be prepared which will be the basis for buying into the business (in due course). Exactly what risk you are willing to take and what remuneration and equity stake in return will be discussed with you. At the start of the procedure, we would like to hear from you what your expectations are regarding remuneration and your willingness to take risks.
