Kart circuit

This company lets customers follow in the footsteps of Max Verstappen and Nico Hulkenberg; both won their first races on this kart circuit. The 1050-meter outdoor circuit is for sale due to the retirement age of the founders. The license allows for 15 races annually and 4 24-hour endurance races. Training days are unlimited.

Customer base
The current target market is focused on organizing kart races and supermotards training. The kart circuit is also suitable for both recreational racing and private events and (business) parties.

Strengths
The circuit belongs to the top 3 circuits in the Netherlands. There is sufficient room to grow in operations. The current permit also offers room for expansion in the number of races. Among others, the Dutch Racing Series and the NXT GP series are organized at this circuit.
