Innovative-technical company in sewage market

The business is engaged in providing innovative-technical (customized & scalable) solutions with mostly also maintenance contracts mainly to regular customers in the sewage market. The company is operated from a private limited company, has been active in the Dutch market for many years and has built a very good reputation. In the year 2021 the (otherwise stable) revenue amounted to approx. € 1.0 mln at a healthy operating result (approx. 21% EBITDA). A slightly higher EBITDA is expected for this year (2022).

Details
The owner wishes to transfer his shares to a suitable party, as he wishes to step back (after years of being an entrepreneur). Given his specific knowledge & experience of the market, it is assumed that he will remain active within the company for some time (part-time) on behalf of the buying party after the transfer.

Staff
Besides the owner, who works part-time, there are some permanent employees. There are also some (permanent) ZZP'ers who are hired (when necessary and part-time) by the company.
