The rental company is located on the largest Wadden Island Texel. The operation of the recreational apartments has been in the hands of the owners since 2009. After purchasing the main house and the three attached outdated apartments in 2009, the current owners completely shellacked and completely rebuilt the apartments. During the rebuild, all of the apartments received new flooring and a new kitchen. The upper apartment was completely rebuilt at that time. Finally, the entire interior of the apartments has been renewed and executed in the colors of the island, being nature, sea and beach.

Business activities
The business activities consist of renting out three recreational apartments. Two of these apartments have four beds and one apartment has two beds. All three apartments have an open kitchen and a private luxury bathroom. An outdoor space is also available at all three apartments.
