Full-color door-to-door newspaper

This free full-color door-to-door newspaper has been published every week for over seven years in a bustling municipality consisting of four cores. With a circulation of 15,000 copies, it reaches everything and everyone in those cores, including the outlying area. In this way, the newspaper lives up to what it stands for: delivering all the big and small news from, for and about the residents to those same residents on the mat. So that everyone knows what is going on in the municipality.

Details
The newspaper and website are a platform for everyone in the municipality and are therefore at the center of society. Entrepreneurs, businesses and government agencies publish paid advertisements and advertorials for their branding, brand awareness, commercial news, offers and professional developments, among other things. Death ads and classified ads from individuals are also posted for a fee.

Organization
The company is franchisee of a strong franchise concept. The newspaper is produced weekly by a team of freelancers and volunteers. An in-house team of delivery staff ensures that the newspaper arrives on the mat punctually throughout the community. The V.O.F. is run by two partners who both work part-time in the business. The combined work amounts to 1 FTE.
