Offered is a set of four companies in one sale. This is a combination of companies focused on financing the sustainability of social real estate through operational and financial leasing of solar power systems, LED lighting and ventilation.

Activities
The enterprises each have their specific target market/finance form. The commonality is that at each enterprise the investment in the assets is ready. There is existing financing of the companies by government related banks and banks that have investments in environmental protection measures as their goal. The banks are willing to continue these financings provided that the investor is appropriate to the ideology of the financier. A CDD examination is part of this.

Opportunities
The companies can be raised with- and without management. Management can be outsourced to the existing shareholder. The revenue model for the investor consists of the difference in maturity between the contracts with the end user and the bank financing. The average term of bank financing is 10 years and that of contracts is over 15 years.
