Mini camping with B&B rooms

This farm is a business located in a beautiful area in the eastern part of the Netherlands. The business is engaged in operating a mini camping, lodging (bed & breakfast rooms and apartment) and catering. A spacious residential house is available for the owners. The business has 5,300 m² of its own land zoned residential, water, agricultural cultural landscape and forest. A permit has been issued for the current business activities. The whole is surrounded a wooded area and agricultural lands. The current owners have paid ample attention to sustainability by installing 24 solar panels and four solar collectors.

The farm consists of modern lodging accommodations, recreation room with catering facilities and a spacious outdoor terrace. The lodging accommodations consist of one rental apartment on the first floor with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There are also three modern B&B rooms with private bathrooms on the second floor. There are two 2-person bedrooms and one 3-person room. The common landing has a kitchen with kitchen appliances and a seating area.

The minicamping consists of 15 spacious pitches and its own sanitary building. The campsite is designed in such a way that guests are offered maximum privacy and can fully enjoy the serene atmosphere of the Gelderland campsite. On the edge of the campsite sheep graze and guests feel one with nature through the visibility of wildlife. Each camping spot is equipped with a 6 amp electrical connection.
