Due to a company reorganization, a Local Cloud is offered (Incoming filter + Outgoing filter). This runs on two dedicated bare metal servers. One dedicated bare metal server they purchase from a supplier and the other runs in its own rack in a data center. The company sells to resellers, businesses and individuals.

Reason for sale
They sell this product on a dedicated website. In recent years, new customers have only been acquired through Google Adwords. With some good marketing and/or sales people, there is still a lot of potential here. Also a nice extension for a hosting company which now buys its licenses elsewhere or wants to sell them.
