A well-run day care center with an associated store in a nice shopping street in a large town in the north of the Netherlands. The day care provides activities for adults (18+) which are partly linked to the store. The store also functions autonomously and recently started a small webshop.
Details
An ideal opportunity for a care manager who aspires to greater independence and also enjoys operating a small store with web shop. The day care business has long-term contracts. Transfer will be by mutual agreement with the selling party ensuring a smooth transfer.
