Description

Piece by piece, the 3 VW T4 buses have been converted into a compact campervan with all modern conveniences and with no compromise on quality. With each their own identity, they are offered for rent via a platform and have already seen much of Europe.

Offered interest
The 3 motorhomes were inspected at the RDW in April 2024 and subsequently valued. The appraisal report indicates a value of 46K for all three motorhomes. A value that, unlike new motorhomes, will retain its value and possibly even increase.

Opportunities and growth
Rental income is only there from May 2024 and will increase substantially in 2025 when year-round rentals can be made. For 2024, all RVs are rented through October. Applications keep coming in. Rentals are through a well-known RV rental platform and through in-house channels. Full in-house rentals lead to higher profit margins.

Asking price
The original asking price at the beginning of this year was € 60,000. Due to the great success of motorhome rentals this season, we have taken €10,000 profit off the asking price making it attainable for multiple candidates. Preference is given to an acquisition Q-4 2024 so that a new owner can fully focus on a whole new year 2025
