A complete brewery inventory offered. The brewhouse was completely overhauled in 2021 and meets all the requirements a professional brewer wants. The brewery is immediately operational and can generate annual revenues of 500,000 to 650,000 euros.

• 1 brewing installation 10 hl. Gross 15 hl. ( 2021 );
• Complete with new piping, pumps, control cabinet and additional boiling kettle 10 hl. All fitted with new steam pipes and condensers;
• 10 CCT 10 hl. Complete with pressure relief valve, pressure gauge, electric glycol control under and forward and sample valve DN32 2tanks with DN 25;
• 1 BBT 12 hl. Complete with pressure relief valve, pressure gauge, electric glycol control and under outlet and sample tap DN 32;
• 1 cold water tank 12 hl. Complete with pressure relief valve, pressure gauge, electric glycol control and bottom outlet DN 32;
• 1 glycol chiller 4.2 K.W;
• CIP unit with pump on cart with wheels 100 liters;
• Electrical control box for CCT ( 2022 );
• Hot water tank 15 hl. With pump, overflow rod, side feed to fill, under spout and electric thermostat 9000W size DN 32;
• Scrap mill;
• Beer hose 50 meters DN 25;
• Beer hose 50 meters DN 32;
• 2 compressors 1 of 100 liters and 1 of 250 liters;
• 150 meters of co2 hoses;

Details
Entire installation is one year old. On all CCT are new connections, glycol pipes, manhole rubbers, pressure valves. Specification 10 hl. bottles filling line:

• 12 cup backpressure filler + labeler;
• 2,800 bottles 33cc net, per hour;
• 75 cc biere belge;
• 33 cc longneck;
• 50cc Russian half-liter (now maybe a little harder to get);
• 26 mm crown cap;
• Co2 load grams per liter to over 6gr/l.
