The B2B software company operational since 2024 continues to build an AI-driven 'Operator Intelligence System' for the driver economy.

Users
Current users (particularly individual drivers) can easily access a fully electric fleet through the platform, which is currently a major challenge for many drivers. In addition, the platform supports them, among other things, with a smart profit-sharing model, making revenues higher and more predictable.

The foundation is now in place: the vehicle access and fleet management module has been fully operational since 2024 and is already generating approximately EUR 55,000 per month (February 2026) in revenue.

This revenue line is expected to continue to grow throughout 2026.

System
The current system gives cab drivers access to (electric) cars they would not normally have at their disposal.

The yet-to-be-developed module, the Operator Intelligence System, will automate complete and more efficient trip allocation, electric vehicle charging and administrative processes. This will substantially increase the margin and profitability per user. This module is also of interest to larger transportation companies.

The system to be developed will also allow larger operators and large cab platforms to perform better by centrally connecting and automatically assigning rides, without allowing drivers to refuse them. The system proactively calculates breaks and loading times. This will reduce driver unpredictability and optimize margins for operators and platforms.

Business model
The business model consists of a combination of pay-per-use and licensing.

SaaS and AI model with a margin of approximately 70-80% on Operator Intelligence software to be realized that fully automates scheduling, trip assignment and optimization for operators.

Operational result: the operation has already broken even since January 2026 and is scaling up in the coming months.

Profitability: a tiered profit model with approximately 45-55% weighted margin where the new software layer provides strong scalability.

USPs
The company has social impact through collaboration with a local climate fund and focuses on data-driven innovation with a focus on scalable growth and sustainable mobility.

In addition, the application provides a solution for contracted transportation and profitability of individual trips.

Product-market fit has been demonstrated with over 3,000,000 kilometers driven through the platform following a successful pilot.

The platform acts as an operating system for the driver economy by connecting drivers, fleets and financial partners.

Partnerships exist with electric vehicle suppliers, a leading charging infrastructure partner and national transportation organizations.

A fleet of more than 35 all-electric vehicles is currently operational in Amsterdam, with a partner already connected to provide additional vehicles.

Investment needs
Funding will be used for further platform development, expansion of the development team, targeted adoption and marketing campaigns and working capital.

Additional commitment has also been made by a municipal climate and energy fund for asset financing in a separate entity, supplemented by angels and strategic partners.

Investors with experience in growing software companies internationally are sought.

Experience founders
The team consists of a founder, a CFO and a CTO who have led the company since its inception. There are also several software developers working within a team of about 10 people.

Other relevant information
Investors are stepping in at a moment of proven traction and preparing the organization for further European expansion.

Growth financing of EUR 750,000 with a minimum ticket size of EUR 50,000 is sought to further develop new revenue lines.
