Consulting firm with integral CSR approach

The approach is based on internationally established guidelines including the CSRD, ISO 26000 and the Sustainable Development Goals. The approach has two variants: one is aimed at businesses, the other focuses on healthcare institutions. The integrated approach includes:

• A (digital) platform with tools inspired by CSRD/ESRS, ISO 26000 and the SDGs;
• Dozens of tools arranged according to a logical PDCA cycle for the step-by-step sustainability strategy of organizations;
• An in-company training program after which users can start their own guided work;
• Ready to use interactive PDFs where users can put their own logo;
• Dozens of examples of sustainability reports and sustainable policies available.

Vision
Many organizations are working on sustainability / CSR, but usually the coherence is lacking. For example, initiatives are often limited to environmental measures. But how do you tackle sustainability integrally, where do you start? The approach provides an answer to that, by weaving sustainability step by step into the strategy of organizations.

Knowledge transfer
The founder is looking for a successor(s) for the approach or company given his age. The successor(s) are intensively trained and coached to be able to implement the approach independently at customers. The trainers are the developer of the approach and a highly experienced international sustainability expert who has stood at the cradle of various international sustainability guidelines. In consultation, the above experts remain involved in the development of new content.
