Administrative office seeks acting manager

Due to illness of the managing director, an acting manager is sought - for a fee - for an administrative office in North Holland, with the possibility of participating in or taking over the practice in the near future. Consideration is being given to an MBI candidate who would like to have his own office in due course. Alternatively, an administrative office in North Holland, with the possibility of increasing its market share in the long run.

The office exists more than 30 years, serves SME clients and has 5 employees (3.7 FTE). Revenue stable over € 500K with 15% EBITDA. Over 100 business clients in addition to a file of IB clients. Work consists of administration/annual accounts (approx. 50%), tax advice (much IB) (approx. 25%) and other advisory work (approx.25%). Acting manager is expected to manage the office, both managerially and commercially.
