An established Belgian marketing and communications agency with more than 40 experts is seeking a commercially driven partner to further expand its presence in the Dutch market. The agency has been in business for more than two decades and specializes in strategy, branding, content creation, and digital marketing for food and consumer brands.

Business Activities and Client Base
The client base includes major national and international names in the food, retail, and B2B sectors. The agency operates according to a consistent philosophy: from insight to strategy to measurable results.

Organization and Office Space
There is a Dutch entity operating out of its own office in Amsterdam. The goal is to achieve further growth in the Dutch market with commercial clout at the local level. To this end, we are seeking a partner—not an employee—who aspires to co-ownership and wants to expand the business in the Dutch market.

Opportunities and Growth Potential
The partner gains access to a fully operational agency with over 40 specialists in strategy, creative, and digital, without having to build out the back office themselves. The partner establishes and manages commercial relationships in the Netherlands; the Belgian team provides the expertise and capacity. A growth path toward a full partnership is negotiable.

Desired Profile
The ideal partner preferably has a commercial network in the Netherlands, particularly in the food, retail, or B2B marketing sectors, and has a proven track record in acquiring or managing marketing budgets for brand owners. We are looking for someone with MBO, master’s, or MBA-level analytical skills (strategic thinking, entrepreneurship, ability to work independently) and an affinity for brand strategy, campaign management, and/or digital marketing.
