MKB administration office

This full service administration office deals with the following financial administration:

• VAT / vpb / ib (ib only for business clients / no separate private declarations)
• Personnel and payroll administration;
• Payment traffic (5 administrations / preparing payment batch);
• Accounts receivable management (5 administrations)
• Advice.

Market and customers
The portfolio consists of 47 administrations of 27 customers/structures. It concerns various Holding / Work BV structures and other company forms (VOF / ZZP). The legal forms of the customers are distributed as follows:

• Holding BV: 17x
• BV: 18x
• VOF: 3x
• EZ: 9x
• Of which 23 customers with payroll (approximately 90 strips per month)

Strengths
The office is fully digitized. For example, invoices are processed via Zenvoices and salary clients are paid in NMBRS. The administrations are conducted in Exact Online. All administration is done by the office. So the clients do not book themselves. The business uses a fixed monthly subscription rate and these rates are indexed annually. The WWFT procedure has been carried out at all clients. Finally, an appealing domain name is included (with a lot of potential).
