Description

This is a hair salon with a separate nail studio in a central location in the Southern Netherlands, with ample free parking in the immediate vicinity. The salon has been completely renovated in recent years and is professionally designed and furnished. The owners are not actively involved in day-to-day operations; the team runs the day-to-day business.

Business Activities
The salon offers hair services, including color treatments, and sells professional hair care products from top brands. Customers book appointments through an online scheduling module linked to the salon’s website. Customer records and appointment management are handled through salon management software. The salon has a loyal customer base, the schedule is generally well-filled, and it has over a hundred positive online reviews. The business is active on multiple social media channels.

StaffStarting in December, the team will consist of three employees: two full-time and one part-time.

Layout and Facilities
The salon features eight fully equipped workstations, three shampoo stations, a custom-built coloring station, a custom reception desk, and a professional lighting plan. The floors, walls, and furniture have been renovated. Adjacent to the salon is a separate room, decorated in the same style, which has been set up as a nail studio. The technical systems have also been recently updated, including the air conditioning, the water heater, and the utility room. There is an alarm system with camera security and a completely renovated staff kitchen. A stock of professional hair color and care products is available.
