Staffing agency with a reintegration division

This is a staffing, recruitment, and reintegration company. The business is of interest to a temporary staffing or secondment agency with its own Wtta license.

This is a private limited company in Limburg with three service lines: staffing and temporary employment, recruitment and selection (including coaching and consulting), and reintegration. In a short period of time, the company has transformed from a placement agency with varying fee-based assignments into a staffing firm with a permanent primary client and recurring demand each year. These are specialized positions that are difficult to fill.

Organization
As of September 2026, 22 professionals are working through the company: 9 on the company’s own payroll and 13 through a back-office partner that acts as the legal employer. Since May 2026, the company has been handling payroll itself. This has increased the gross margin per placement from approximately 21% to approximately 34% of the invoiced amount.

Reintegration
Reintegration is the second pillar. Since July 2026, the UWV has been purchasing reintegration programs directly from the company.

• Management forecast for 2027: approximately €0.8 million, driven by in-house compensation at the primary client.
• Normalized EBITDA between €100,000 and €150,000, following the replacement of the two managing directors in accordance with market standards.
• No bank financing, virtually no fixed assets, no real estate.
