In the first eight months of 2026, revenue was 15% higher than a year earlier. Normalized EBITDA for 2025 amounted to approximately €0.16 million (28% of revenue). There are no bank debts.

Transaction
This involves the sale of 100% of the shares in the operating company, on a cash-and-debt-free basis. The entire machinery fleet and company vehicles are included in the transaction. An earn-out is not preferred. The owner wishes to focus on expanding other business activities in the coming years. A careful transfer of the business, customer relationships, and expertise is part of the proposal.

Procedure
Diligence First, the seller assesses the intentions and financial capabilities of interested parties. After signing a non-disclosure agreement, selected parties will receive the information memorandum and will have the opportunity to meet with the seller.
