The organization is developing an advanced OT cybersecurity platform for identifying and securing OT assets. The technology is entirely developed in the Netherlands and set up for 100% Dutch data sovereignty. The platform has been built since 2023, is ready for go-to-market and the first strategic partnerships have been signed, with the first orders in the pipeline.

The organization provides a single platform that provides visibility and continuous monitoring of OT assets. The core lies in detecting anomalies and providing grip on OT environments, with an emphasis on rapid implementation and ease of use.

Products and services.
In one designed interface, the platform offers: asset discovery, anomaly detection, asset management and security functionalities for OT environments.

Market and customers.
The proposition is aimed at organizations with OT assets, with a pricing and deployment model that fits the SME segment.

Key differentiators are 100% Dutch technology, 100% Dutch data sovereignty, easy installation and a pricing structure attractive to SMEs.

Business model
The platform is offered in two variants:

• Hybrid: on-site appliance combined with SaaS, with one-time sale and monthly subscription.
• Virtual: online license combined with SaaS, based on a monthly subscription.
  Subscriptions are recurring per asset per month, with a minimum fixed monthly fee.

Enterprise stage
The organization is in the scale-up phase and is working on market introduction, further scaling up and expanding integrations with third parties.

Management and experience.
The management team consists of three roles with relevant experience: a CTO with 10 years of experience in cybersecurity in complex environments, a CCO with 20 years of experience in international IT distribution and partnerships, and a CEO with 35 years of experience in technology, entrepreneurship and a large network.

Investment needs
Investment needs are specified for: marketing (€ 50k), sales (€ 100k), development for integrations (€ 50k), new hires for support/inbound (€ 35k) and appliances/IT equipment (€ 15k).

Desired investor.
The ideal investor will bring knowledge of the security market, a network of potential partners and act as an adviser towards follow-on ventures.

Other information.
Approximately € 980k has been invested by the major shareholder and co-founders. In addition, € 150k has been funded through a Rabobank RIL loan.
