Location independent business e-commerce/digital services

The person in question is looking for a small to medium enterprise (start-up or SME) with existing revenue and growth potential. Preference will be given to businesses that are not location independent and whose activities are largely online.

Specifically interested in companies within e-commerce, online services or digital business models. Businesses with an efficient operating model, an existing customer base and opportunities to further scale are most appealing.

The investor is open to different acquisition structures and is particularly interested in companies with positive revenue and a solid base to develop further.
