The MD (Managing Director) and FD (Financial Director) are seeking IT service providers and software companies whose sole proprietor is looking for an external successor. They prefer businesses with revenue between €1.5 and €30 million, located in the central and western parts of the Netherlands. The focus is primarily on B2B businesses, possibly supplemented by B2C activities.

The entrepreneurs focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) active in IT services, software development, and digital technology. This includes businesses in the fields of software engineering, SaaS solutions, cloud and managed services, cybersecurity, data and AI solutions, system integration, consulting, application development, and management and maintenance services.

In addition, companies that offer digital solutions for sectors such as the energy transition, manufacturing, infrastructure, mobility, and the circular economy are explicitly part of the entrepreneurs’ target audience. These businesses are characterized by their technical expertise, strong and long-standing customer relationships, a high proportion of recurring revenue, and the ambition to further professionalize, scale up, or achieve a successful business succession.

Through a combination of strategic, operational, and financial leadership, the entrepreneurs aim to work together with management and employees to build continuity and pave the way for the company’s next phase of growth.
