I have over 30 years of entrepreneurship behind me and know all the phases: starting without a safety net, years of building and growing, tough decision moments and finally sell a business to a larger market party. That experience defines my approach. I know how business and personal this phase is at the same time. And how big the impact of wrong timing or insufficient preparation can be.

My projects therefore often start before the sale seems imminent. I help entrepreneurs prepare their businesses for sale: structure them, clarify their figures, gain insight into risks and dependencies, and calculate scenarios. Only then does a targeted market approach follow.
