In our 90-year existence, we have assisted many entrepreneurs with buying and selling businesses, both within the family sphere and beyond. With now the 3rd generation (Marco van der Laan) at the helm of VANDERLAANGROEP, we know from our own experience how this process can run.

Marco van der Laan specializes in business transfers. He successfully completed the special training of Register Valuator (valuation of businesses) in 2008. Marco also works as an accountant and tax adviser. You have 1 interlocutor with whom you can discuss everything. Together with his team he guides and advises entrepreneurs in acquisitions, valuations and with management Buy In and management Buy Out processes.

We guide both buyers and sellers of businesses in an independent and expert manner. Our goal is to make the entire process, from the initial orientation to the signing of the agreements, as trouble-free as possible.
