The Corporate / M&A team has experience in both private and public M&A. A number of the team's specialists have years of experience assisting with capital market transactions such as IPOs, share issuances and convertible loan issues, and public offerings. They also advise listed companies on market abuse, transparency requirements and financial reporting.

Corporate and company law issues such as Corporate Governance, diversity and financial reporting are of interest to companies, institutions and non-profit organizations alike. The team has extensive experience advising on Corporate Governance Code, sectoral codes, Healthcare Governance Code, Banking Code, Financial Supervision Act, sectoral regulations, (potential) conflicts within or between bodies such as boards of directors, supervisory boards and shareholders' meetings and dealing with shareholders, regulators or media.
