Qey Invest always invests together with the incumbent entrepreneur and/or director and establishes with him or her the strategy for the future. We do this through a pre-exit. In this, the entrepreneur secures part of de ondernemingswaarde, but stays on. In this way, the entrepreneur also benefits from the future value creation.
