Involvement
Our team is involved from establishing initial intentions and confidentiality to closing the transaction, sometimes in the foreground or sometimes just in the background. We then take care of the legal structuring (shares or assets) and contractual completion (including acquisition, participation or joint venture agreements). Once the acquisition is complete, we prepare the necessary shareholder agreements and management agreements.
