Gilde Equity Management is an independent private equity company that invests in companies with roots in the Benelux and an international ambition. We do this in situations of business succession, demerger or a management buyout. We invest between EUR 10 and 100 million in each investment situation. Gilde manages more than EUR 1 billion in funds.
