F3 invests in profitable Dutch SMEs with sufficient growth potential. We like to work together with entrepreneurial management to translate growth ambitions into a concrete and action driven plan. In addition to growth capital, we also provide management support in the areas of strategy development, optimization of the financial structure, and growth through acquisitions.

Investment criteria
F3 prefers to invest in profitable companies with an EBITDA between €0.5 - €2.0 million, operating in attractive growth markets with sufficient concrete buy & build opportunities. We are a committed shareholder who enables management to realize growth ambitions - exceptional management is and will remain the driving force behind success.
