Corpance 's co-pilots are happy to guide you through your flight(s). Our crew consists of valuation experts, accountants and advisers, each with his or her own specialization.

Corpance is part of ESJ accountants and tax consultants, so where necessary we call in the advisers of ESJ. We work in small teams with short lines, are approachable and like practical solutions. In doing so, we are not afraid of any turbulence and ensure a soft landing.

Register valuators
Within Corpance all valuations are performed by a Register Valuator (RV) who is a member of the professional association the Dutch Institute for Register Valuators (NIRV). An RV is a financial expert who has specialized in the valuation of businesses, or business valuation. He or she can act as a representative of a client, as an impartial adviser to multiple parties or as an arbitrator. In case of disagreement about the value of shares, a binding opinion from a Registered Valuator offers a solution.

Netherlands and abroad
Our corporate finance specialists are also at your service for guidance in business acquisitions or sales, succession issues, carrying out due diligence investigations, taking care of financing applications and other transaction-related assignments. We do this for Dutch as well as foreign parties.

The Corpance team operates from the Oosterhout office. In addition, there are offices in Zwijndrecht and Etten-Leur where we can often be found, and we meet by appointment at our locations at Schiphol or the wholesale building in Rotterdam.
