The Elysee Group is a boutique consulting firm with corporate finance specialists, accountants and tax specialists. We focus on national and international clients within the SME sector. Our organization was founded on the idea that financial services are not an end in themselves, but an instrument to direct an organization and make it successful. The latter is what concerns us. It defines our thinking and actions.

Specialization
Elysee Elysee Corporate Finance specializes in advising and guiding companies in the field of business acquisitions, business valuations, staff participations, MBO & MBI processes and financing structures and issues. For many of our clients, the combination of corporate finance and accountancy is an advantage. Distinctive in this respect is our vision that a transaction should not only lead to a desired outcome in terms of price, but that all parameters surrounding an acquisition process should lead to a successful transaction and that this should also remain so in the long term. We achieve this by carefully and hands-on approach to a process together with our clients.

In addition to the people in our own organization, an extensive network of specialists and other professionals is at our disposal for this. In 2020, Elysee Corporate Finance was voted takeover office of the year.
