What work do you have at Crossminds?

What work you do depends on what you specialize in, or want to specialize in. Within Crossminds you can work within one of these 3 areas of expertise:

• Strategy & Implementation: creating kpi's by department, customizing systems to measure kpi's, writing implementable strategic action plans, supporting implementation and more.
  
  
• Mergers & Acquisitions: consulting and mediating on a variety of M&A assignments, valuations, due diligence reviews and corporate finance.
  
  
• Marketing & Execution: determining the right KPIs, setting up management reporting, turning data into management information, redesigning processes and more.

Varied work on site at the client or in the office

Crossminds is an independent division of Moore DRV. The Crossminds team is therefore working from brand new Moore DRV offices in Rotterdam and Breda. We work for Moore DRV clients from all offices, but almost as often for our own clients. A fair amount of the work also takes place on-site at the client. From the beginning of your career you will sit down with the entrepreneur and assist him or her. You will experience the entire process from A to Z. You don't have to deal with just a small part. This way you gain a lot of experience and you can develop yourself well!
