Bencis is an independent investment company, supporting entrepreneurs and management teams in realizing their growth ambitions since 1999.

We invest in strong, successful businesses in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Our experience and expertise in sectors such as industry & manufacturing, food & beverages, business & consumer services, healthcare & leisure and wholesale & retail enable us to add real value.Moreover, for us it is not only the business itself that is central, but above all we support the people who are building businesses and taking them forward!

Bencis works with 35 employees from its offices in Amsterdam, Brussels and Düsseldorf. We currently invest in 32 businesses, employing some 13,235 people. These companies collectively realize revenues of about 2.5 billion euros. Bencis prefers to invest in companies with an operational result up to 50 million euro.
