About AVerest Capital
We are an independent investment company focusing on investments in mid-market Dutch (family) businesses. Former entrepreneurs are investors in our Fund. We distinguish ourselves by actively using our network and expertise together with our Partners for our portfolio companies in order to offer them added value in pre-exit, growth and profitability improvement trajectories.

AVerest Capital invests in the following situations:

• Pre-exit;
• Growth;
• Buy-and-build;

AVerest Capital takes a majority stake in the company. The management acquires (substantial) minority stakes in the company through a NewCo structure.

Expertise and network
AVerest Capital is active in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, trading and services. In addition to providing capital, AVerest Capital offers its partners its expertise and network. In doing so, it uses the knowledge, expertise and network of its investors. The objective is to take the company to next level.

Experienced professionals
The team consists of 2 very experienced and skilled partners who are close to the entrepreneur and actively help build the success of businesses, without taking the management's place.

Investment criteria

• Strong management;
• EBITDA Euro 1 - 2.5 million;
• Dutch headquarters;
• Positive operating cash flow;
• Revenue between Euro 10 million and Euro 60 million;
• Committed management and selling shareholders;
• Majority stake or possibility of majority stake in the short term;
• Investment needs between Euro 5 million and Euro 10 million per transaction;
• Opportunities to create value through Buy & Build or yield enhancement, among others;
• Active in manufacturing, food&agri, construction and installation, (technical) wholesale or (business) services;
