Web hosting business

Managed (preferably) web hosting businesses where the DGA steps out (after a period of transfer) and we can continue the business under our label or as a sub-label with or without employees. Preferably asset deal. Businesses depending on size (Revenue, EBIT and FTE) with similar complexity (higher revenue/ebit, then also with premises, FTE and data center obligations). Portfolio may be broad from domain names, hosted mail, shared web hosting, VPS and dedicated server hosting. Preferably BTB clients from small business to digital agencies and e-commerce businesses.
