For the expansion of our business we are looking for maintenance companies that provide various work for both businesses (corporations, VvE, investors) and private individuals. The focus is on businesses with a strong local character (city or radius around a city). Business size is between 350,000 and 1,000,000 euros and work with 3-5 people. Deviations are possible.

We would like to continue working with the current entrepreneur within our total concept of maintenance and renovation. Thereby the businesses can be taken over partially or completely. Cooperation, reliability, quality and speed are our focus.

We have started a new proposition and want to roll out the business in several cities in the Netherlands with local professionals. The client can then easily look up, calculate, schedule and confirm a job. The craftsmen will come and take care of the work of as scheduled.
