The buyer is looking for small-scale childcare organizations with a limited number of groups per location in the Central Netherlands region. These organizations should have self-managing teams operating within an open and flat organizational culture, where these teams are given the freedom and responsibility to organize the location as they see fit. Preference is also given to companies that have partnerships with school districts and/or municipalities to facilitate an integrated approach to childcare and education.
