The buyer is a young & dynamic daycare organization with growth ambitions and a vision of small-scale inclusive care, appropriate for every child. The buyer offers integrated and inclusive childcare, preschool and out-of-school care for a broad age group (0-12 years).

Strengths
The buyer has a strong back office ready to further strengthen its position in the Central Netherlands region. Targeted strategic acquisitions create room to reduce waiting lists and respond to the increasing demand for child care.

Wanted
The buyer is looking for small-scale childcare organizations with a limited number of groups per location, in the Central Netherlands region. With self-managing teams within an open and flat company culture, where these teams are given the space and responsibility to organize the location as they see fit. A preference is also given to companies that collaborate with school boards and/or municipalities to enable an integrated approach to care and education.
