• Organization with demonstrated focus on quality and customer focus.
• Willingness to facilitate renewal or transfer of contracts with clients.
• High gross margins on billed revenue....
• Client portfolio is located within a 25 km radius of Den Haag, Rotterdam, Amsterdam or Utrecht.
• Annual revenue between €300,000 and €10,000,000.

Preferences regarding acquisition

• Acquisition of staff is our explicit preference, with a view to continuity of service and retention of knowledge and experience.
• Acquisition of consumables and specific equipment is possible.
• Both equity and asset/liability transactions are negotiable.
