HR services/salary administration office

A national multidisciplinary player is looking for an organization focused on HR services and/or payroll administration to strengthen and expand its existing services. The acquisition aims to achieve economies of scale and enable further professionalization of services.

Location
The preferred location is in or around Ede, due to efficient integration with the current location. However, organizations outside this area are also eligible, provided integration is operationally feasible.

Size
Wanted for an organization with a size of approximately 1 to 10 FTE. This scale aligns with a manageable integration and allows for effective acquisition and further development of knowledge, clients and processes.
