(News) websites, media platforms, blogs & job sites

I currently own several websites. Including blogs, job sites, news websites and media platforms. I am looking for new acquisitions of websites, job sites, news websites and blogs (preferably asset/liability transactions). These may be small websites with sometimes as little as €25,000 annual revenue. Below I have listed some of the criteria I am looking at:

• The website has been around for at least 5 years.
• The website should preferably have a DR (Domain Rating) of at least 25.
• The website is in Dutch.
• The website is well-known in its niche/market/region/sector.
• Website generates revenue from job postings, media releases, news releases and backlink sales.
• Preferably with up to 3 people working on the website.

As a final condition, I prefer to only do transactions directly with the seller, without the intervention of an acquisition adviser. Given the size of the transactions I do, it is often not necessary to involve an external party. I have a list of people from whom I have acquired websites. I can share this list of people with you so you can get confirmation of my buying process and track record.
