IT and administrative service providers

I am actively seeking two types of companies, approached and assessed separately.

1. Administration and accounting firms
2. Concerns firms focusing on sole traders and SMEs, with a stable client portfolio and a strong regional position. Preference for practices with room for further professionalization and expansion of scale, for example through digitalization, process improvement and expansion of services. Acquisition can take place with retention of name, employees and clients, with continuity being key.
3. IT service providers
4. Businesses active in CRM, ERP and related software solutions, including implementation, management and custom development. Think of parties working with platforms such as Zoho, Microsoft, Salesforce, Odoo or similar systems. Both project and service-oriented organizations are of interest, including smaller specialized teams.

In either case, I am open to full acquisition, phased transfer or participation, depending on the seller's wishes.
