Existing employment agency

I am looking to partner with an existing staffing agency that focuses on broad job placement, with no specialization in construction or engineering. The preference is for an agency that operates in sectors such as logistics, manufacturing, administration, customer service or retail, with a diverse client base of both SME businesses and larger clients. A staffing agency that offers secondment and payrolling may also be of interest, as it ensures more stable revenues and long-term client relationships. In addition, I am open to agencies that provide international job placement, provided the focus is on sectors such as logistics, manufacturing or facility services and not construction or engineering. An existing network abroad and a good counseling process for international employees are a plus here.

Criteria
The agency must have a minimum annual turnover of 500,000 euros and not be tied to a specific region, leaving room for national or even international expansion. A stable customer base with recurring clients is essential, as is affiliation with a trade organization such as the ABU or NBBU or NEN certification, so that work is carried out according to the applicable quality standards.

I am looking for a partnership in which I can play an active role in the growth and professionalization of the agency.
