Buyer seeks acquisition candidates in the Netherlands who match substantively and commercially in one or more of the following areas:

• Ecology and biodiversity
• Soil and water
• Climate adaptation and healthy living environment
• GIS, geo-data and environmental information.
• Spatial development and permit processes
• Establishment, management and consultancy in rural and urban areas.
• Infra-related environmental and environmental services.

Buyer is interested in companies with:

• A strong position in the Netherlands, preferably well anchored regionally
• Specialist knowledge and/or technology, recurring client relationships and a good reputation
• Assignments for public and/or private clients.
• A hands-on consulting proposition with measurable added value in the living environment
• A management team or key employees who wish to remain involved after transaction if desired

Preference will be given to businesses that broaden or deepen existing disciplines, or are geographically complementary.
