Our client is a well-established contracting company based in the region where we are looking for a suitable contracting construction company to be added to the existing organization. The mature and profitable business we are looking for has no succession in the family or management. The shareholder/entrepreneur is willing to be actively involved for approximately 2 more years.

Organization The company employs a minimum of 5 FTEs and preferably 2 project managers or more. Preferably no in-house painters or tilers employed. Only superintendents, carpenters and apprentice carpenters.

Details The business we are looking for does not do its own project development, but does new construction and renovation in non-residential construction. Also, the clients of the company sought are professional clients in residential construction and maintenance/renovation. Max 20% revenue in private sector and higher segment only.
