Business to participate in

I am looking for a company, in which I can participate in the short term, with the goal of a gradual acquisition.My expertise is in retail and trade, B2C and B2B, but the interest is not limited to only this. I am looking for a business with potential, where I can first be employed, get to know the business, perhaps already with a small package of shares, but eventually 1-3 years, take over the shares.
