We are looking for businesses engaged in the secondment of highly skilled professionals, with a strong focus on IT-related positions. In addition, we focus on intermediaries and brokers who mediate independent professionals (ZP) within IT, consultancy and other knowledge-intensive sectors.

Services

• Secondment of both permanent and interim professionals;
• Mediation of freelancers and self-employed workers;
• Back office services, including payrolling, invoicing and contract management;
• Broker and MSP services, including Vendor Management Systems and strategic staff hiring.

Financial characteristics
The ideal acquisition candidate has annual revenues between €2 and €15 million. Financial health and scalability within a Buy & Build strategy are essential.

Entrepreneurs and transfer
We are interested in businesses where the current entrepreneur remains involved after the acquisition to guide further growth and integration. Businesses where the entrepreneur wants to retire immediately and the business is transferable to a strategic buyer are also considered.
