Search criteria potential targets

• Wanted are businesses operating in back office services for the staffing industry and/or staffing organizations with a stable customer base and flex pool.
• Preference is given to parties in the Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Utrecht area, but regions such as Brabant and Gelderland are also interesting.
• The focus is on parties offering different contract forms (phase A, B and C). There are no strict requirements around the number of employees.
• There is also flexibility regarding the management structure; both a complete exit and a transfer period with guidance is negotiable.
