The firm sought has a size of approximately 3 to 5 FTE and achieves annual sales between €500,000 and €800,000. The owner-entrepreneur is often elderly or in the process of retiring. In some cases it is a younger entrepreneur, but then it usually concerns an office that is too small to continue to grow independently. There is a willingness to help out temporarily during a transfer period. In terms of digitization, the office will have to work with Exact Online. The basic processes will already be digitized, and there will be an open attitude towards further automation. In addition to administrative services, the office has its own tax advisory practice.

Location
Preference will be given to a location in the provinces of North Holland, South Holland or Utrecht. Outside these provinces an office will only be considered if there is an exceptional strategic reason.
